Whether its sales enablement, nurturing existing prospects, sales conversion or building customer loyalty I bring new capabilities and scale to my customer – whether they operate on a local, national or international basis.

Since 1973 I have been active and successful in the commercial field specialized in the ICT sector. In 2002 I got the possibility to start with a dedicated B2B-call center, 2Call-IT. This to fill the pag in engaging management and C-level with a „customer in mind”approach! Unique, because we work with a small professional team of business telemarketing agent, als with a background in sales and or marketing. For the reason that we work with senior call agents, an intelligent dialogue with relevant buyer personas about pain points and solutions is possible. For the reason that telemarketing in most cases will be part of a hybrid-campaign, a contact is already developed via Social Selling and individual information is available, which will make a valuable conversation possible and will look after an interesting conversion ratio for sales and marketing.

My life-long passion is sports, especially gymnastic and tennis. For many years now I am coaching young talented girls in gymnastics. From this experience and passion I work in the (online) marketing branche, currently focussing on acquisiton. As an Marketing Manager, I am essentially ‘coaching’ our customers: trying to put myself in their position and providing our customers with what they need. My goal is to improve the customer experience by optimizing the various customer journeys online and offline.
